About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our operations in Zanzibar, Tanzania. As a strategic thinker, you will be responsible for optimizing financial and administrative processes, driving performance, and delivering accurate reporting to support decision-making and business growth. A medical qualification is considered advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the clinic
• Front Office Oversight: Ensure seamless patient flow and efficient front office management
• Financial Management: Optimize financial processes and manage budgets effectively
• Clinical Coordination: Coordinate clinical services and ensure high-quality patient care
• Reporting & Analysis: Analyze key business metrics and provide accurate reporting to support decision-making
• Growth & Scaling: Develop and implement scalable systems to drive business growth
• People Management: Lead a team of healthcare professionals and support staff

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare operations or medical practice management (multi-site experience preferred)
• Strong financial, operational, and leadership acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with medical billing and practice management software
• Proven ability to analyze and report on key business metrics
• Experience working in multicultural or international settings
• A healthcare-related qualification is an advantage
