Responsibilities:
Strategy & Goal setting: Work closely with the owners to develop strategies that drive Pro HaSs growth and success.Client Engagement & Marketing: Market services, maintain brand image, network extensively, and assess client training needs.Team Leadership: Lead a supportive team of 4, delegate tasks, conduct performance reviews, and handle HR functions, including recruitment and exit interviews.Financial Management: Oversee quotes, asset registers, and financial documents and generate reports.Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety training, inspect workplaces, and stay updated on industry regulations and legal documents.Ideal Qualifications:Experience with Sage, Microsoft Office, and solid marketing skills.Reliable, adaptable, and knowledgeable in HR management.Familiarity with health and safety legislation.
