Job Description
We are currently looking for an energetic and passionate Business Development Consultant to join our company. Ditto Hire (www.********.co.za) is a software company based in Cape Town with a strong focus on servicing the recruitment/human resources industry and we are currently expanding to Europe with our first branch opening in Amsterdam.
Requirements
- New business development experience in software / technology industry
- Fluent in both English and Dutch
- Find and manage new leads
- Build relationships with customers
- Software sales experience
- Reach monthly sales targets set by line managers
- Contact and follow up with prospective clients
- Manage process flows set out by line managers
- Ensure agreed KPAs and sales targets are achieved in line with business requirements
- Reach performance targets relating to productivity, adherence, turnaround time and quality
- Constantly and proactively look for ways to improve efficiencies through performance, communications, procedures and systems
- Assist in increasing sales revenue within the sales department
- Continuously work towards improving the customer experience and service delivery
