About the Role
The Packhouse Line Manager will be responsible for the overall effective management of the packhouse, reporting directly to the Packhouse Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the sorting and packing process
- Planning and purchasing of packaging materials
- Budget management
- Cold room management
- Management of human resources component in the packhouse
- Quality control
- Control over administration
Requirements
- Similar packhouse management experience (2-5 years)
- Knowledge of BRC and GlobalGAP accreditations
- Computer proficiency with knowledge of Excel
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate people
