About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Lodge Manager to join our luxury game lodge in Montagu. As an integral part of our management team, you will assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing and directing the service, operations, logistics, and activities of the lodge. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the lodge.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing and directing the service, operations, logistics, and activities of the lodge
- Oversee the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring a high level of efficiency and quality
- Coordinate with departments to achieve operational objectives
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes to drive business growth
- Foster an environment of collaboration and commitment among staff members
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management / Leadership
- Extensive background in lodge operations
- At least 3 years of previous experience in overseeing operations of a luxury 5* lodge
- Proficient in International styles of service
- Proficient in the application of Up-Sell and Cross-Sell strategies
