About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Lodge Manager to join our Luxury Game Lodge in Montagu. As an integral part of our management team, you will assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing, coordinating, and directing the service, operations, logistics, and activities of the Lodge. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Lodge.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing, coordinating, and directing the service, operations, logistics, and activities of the Lodge.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Lodge as their primary operational responsibility.
• Coordinate with various departments to achieve operational goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement effective systems and processes to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management / Leadership
• Extensive Background in Lodge Operations
• At least 3 years of previous experience in overseeing operations of a luxury 5* Lodge
