About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and guest-focused Host to join our luxury boutique hotel in Ballito. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and professional impression that sets the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest enquiries efficiently.
Coordinate with front-of-house and service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Requirements
