Join a luxury boutique hotel in Ballito as our new Host, where you’ll be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our discerning guests. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest enquiries efficiently
- Coordinate with front-of-house and service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Assist with special requests and guest requirements as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and guest-oriented
Qualifications
- Completed degree/diploma/certification relevant to the hospitality industry (if applicable)
