1. Make travel arrangements and reservations for guests’ flights, road transfers, charters, and other logistics.
2. Provide advice on the best ways to go to travel to the lodges
3. Communicate with internal lodge teams, transfer firms, and airlines.
4. Keep an eye on airline schedules and handle any modifications or interruptions.
5. Provide verified reservations and inquiries to the sales and reservations departments.
6. Ensure that internal teams and guests receive accurate travel information.
7. Communicate with guests in a timely, professional, and individualized manner.
8. Keep correct supplier documentation, records, and confirmations.
