About the Role
Our client, a luxury retail brand, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their Eastgate, Johannesburg store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive store performance and meet targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations
- Analyze store performance data to inform business decisions and drive results
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention
Requirements
- Completed Matric (Tertiary Qualification an advantage)
- 5 years of experience leading large teams in complex environments
- Matrix management capability to ensure cooperation across business functions
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, think strategically, and adapt quickly
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
