Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Creditors & Wages Clerk to join our client’s team in Bellville. As a Creditors & Wages Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions related to creditors and wages.

Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and reconciling supplier accounts
- Preparing and processing wages and salaries
- Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes
- Handling creditor and wage-related queries
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and processes
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
