About the Role

Managed People Solutions is seeking young and motivated Junior Merchandisers to join our team as part of a structured internship program. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable industry knowledge, improve your employability, and work alongside seasoned professionals in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine stock to be merchandised
• Draw stock requirements
• Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags
• Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief
• Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
• Communicate and maintain knowledge of products and promotions
• Accurately record merchandising activities
• Execute calls as per call cycle

Requirements

• Aged 18-28 years
• NCV Level 4 or N6 TVET Certificate
• Looking to complete a workplace experience internship
• No work experience needed (will be taught during the internship)

Qualifications

• NCV Level 4 Internship: completed within 12 months
• N6 TVET Certificate: completed within 18 months

Salary & Benefits

Stipend: R3,500 per month
