Partially own the P&L of the business unit with responsibility for revenue growth, cost control, and profitability. Partially create and grow the sales and business development teams, ensuring high-performance culture and accountability. Rebuild and implement a high-impact sales strategy (B2B, channel, and strategic accounts). Identify and penetrate new verticals including finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and e-commerce. Establish scalable sales processes, CRM discipline, forecasting, and performance metrics. Also ensure disciplined adherence to these processes. Review the current software and solution offering and identify adjacent opportunities and potential partnerships. Engage and nurture strategic customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to decision-makers. Work closely with development and technology teams to influence product roadmap based on market insights. Elevate the companys market presence and thought leadership in the bespoke software development, digital transformation, and custom tech solutions space.
