About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to drive shift outcomes and manage expenditures within budget in our Bellville warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive shift outcomes to meet contractual service levels
  • Manage expenditures within budget; investigate and correct overruns
  • Enforce procedural compliance and staff training
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and hold staff accountable
  • Conduct staff meetings, discipline, and training
  • Resolve operational and staff issues effectively

Requirements

  • Relevant Tertiary Degree (Honours in Business / Supply Chain preferred)
  • 35 years of experience in Warehousing, Distribution, Transport, FMCG, or QRS Management
  • Strong computer literacy: MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Advanced WMS and GP system skills
