About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at MF Spa & Beauty Placements in Bellville, Western Cape. The successful candidate will provide exceptional reception services, manage bookings and schedules, and ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and respond to their queries in a professional manner
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa reception area
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Perform cash handling and point-of-sale duties
- Liaise with therapists and other staff members as needed
Requirements
- Spa / Beauty qualification (ITEC, City & Guilds, SAAHSP, CIDESCO, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate a busy reception area
- Prior front of house reception experience in a spa or high-end salon
- Computer literate including Booking/Schedule Systems, Point of Sale, and Cash-up Reporting
- Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)

Salary & Benefits
R8,000 – R15,000 basic per month (based on desired experience), plus retail commission earned on retail sales by you, performance incentives, and wellness benefits (post-probation).
