Job Summary
Responsibilities
-
Deliver structured training sessionsvirtually and in-personon the digital advice tool and process.
-
Support adoption efforts through regular adviser engagement and onsite visits.
-
Collaborate on tool enhancements by contributing user feedback and testing new developments.
-
Assist in the creation of visual and written content to simplify and communicate complex planning concepts.
-
Respond to technical queries from advisers and internal teams.
-
Interpret financial needs analyses and cash flow outputs using digital planning tools.
-
Develop and maintain support materials such as user guides and tutorials.
-
Help standardize the advice process across the platform and related documents.
-
Work cross-functionally to define digital development needs from user and business perspectives.
-
Prepare training updates, usage analytics, and communication materials on the digital advice journey
Requirements
-
A qualification in Financial Planning, Finance, or Wealth Management (completed or near completion)
-
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial advice, planning, or a related field
-
Strong command of Englishwritten and verbal
-
Confident using MS Office (especially Word and PowerPoint)
-
Willingness to travel within South Africa occasionally
- Direct exposure to financial advisers or advisory support environments
-
Strong presentation and communication skills
-
Analytical and detail-oriented
-
Able to explain complex financial topics simply and clearly

Technologically curious and innovative

Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
-
Resilient, adaptable, and solution-driven
-
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
