About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Internal Sales professional to join our team at ZANOGEN INDUSTRIAL KNIVES & BLADES in Benoni. As an internal sales specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales department by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules and file important documents
- Handle all internal sales duties, including quotations, order processing, and customer communication
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support
- Collaborate with production, procurement, sales, and admin teams
- Attend team meetings and provide updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- South African ID
- Reside on the East Rand
- Ability to travel to & from work on own accord
- 1 – 2 years of experience in internal sales
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Quick Easy) is advantageous
