About the Role

Our client is a well-established mechanical engineering company delivering high-quality HVAC and refrigeration solutions across South Africa. This is an exciting opportunity to work with experienced teams and gain exposure to complex VRV chiller installations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on VRV chillers in shopping malls
• Ensure systems operate efficiently and effectively

Requirements

• Completed Refrigeration Trade Certification (Aircon Technician / Trade Test)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning
• Hands-on experience with VRV chillers, ideally in shopping malls
• Immediate availability and open to locations across the Free State
• Strong problem-solving skills, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
