About the Role
Our client in the IT, Engineering & Telecoms Industry is seeking a Field Technician to join their team on a temporary basis. As a Technical Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients across various locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Conducting site visits and providing technical support to clients
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring optimal performance
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
• Own Android smartphone and laptop
• Willingness to undergo polygraph tests regularly
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel to various locations
• Willingness to be on standby during weekends and holidays
