Requirements:
Matric 3 years working experience in a practice Previous experience with billing at a medical practice Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English Computer literate: MedEDI, VeriClaim, other medical programs (advantage) Experience in Practice Management (advantage) Valid driver`s license and own vehicle Fluent in Afrikaans and English Duties will include: Receiving patients and switchboard Scheduling patient appointments and make adjustments when needed Opening of patient files Obtain authorisation from medical schemes Receiving payments (card or cash etc) and issuing receipts Billing Skills required: Good interpersonal skills Computer literate Professional Presentable Organised Good telephone etiquette IMPORTANT: Applications close 31 January 2025 If you did not receive feedback within 14 days, your application is unsuccessful Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be considered Only candidates who meet all our client`s minimum requirements will be contacted
