Bloemfontein: Sales Representative

Our client is seeking a highly sales-driven and target-oriented Sales Representative to join their team based in Bloemfontein. This role is ideal for a young, energetic professional with a strong industrial sales background and a solid technical understanding of engineering products, technical solutions, or waste management services. The successful candidate will focus on developing new business while managing and growing existing client relationships within the industrial and commercial market. This position requires a confident communicator who can prepare professional proposals, compile detailed sales reports, and present quotations in a professional manner. Fluency in Afrikaans and English and a willingness to travel for client visits are essential. The role also requires availability for standby duties every second weekend. Minimum Requirements Age between 23 – 30 years Proven industrial sales experience Strong technical understanding (engineering / technical products / waste management) Highly sales-driven and target-driven Fluent in Afrikaans and English Strong computer skills and ability to compile and submit sales reports Ability to prepare and present professional proposals and quotations Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel Energetic, motivated, and professional with a positive attitude Strong team player Key Responsibilities Develop new business within the industrial and commercial sector Manage and grow existing client relationships Conduct client visits and maintain regular customer contact Prepare and present quotations and proposals Compile accurate sales reports and maintain records Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance Working Hours Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00 Friday: 07:00 – 15:00 Remuneration & Benefits Salary: R12,000 – R18,000 per month (dependent on experience) Commission structure Travel allowance (For company purpose only) Car allowance (For Company purpose only) Cellphone allowance Laptop allowance IMPORTANT: Applications close 27 February 2026 If you did not receive feedback within 14 days, your application is unsuccessful Please ensure that you use the correct reference when sending your application via email Only candidates who meet all our client’s minimum requirements will be contacted
