About the Role
As a Sales Representative at PnS Group Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring the effective execution of our clients’ products at store level. You will work closely with field staff to achieve key outputs that impact business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain shelf health by ensuring product visibility and optimal stock levels
- Provide effective administration support to store teams, including data entry and inventory management
- Meet and exceed sales targets/volume and profitability goals for assigned clients
- Develop and manage a team of field staff to achieve sales objectives and improve customer satisfaction
- Foster strong relationships with clients/customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Demonstrate self-management skills to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain high levels of productivity
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (NQ4)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry
- Valid driver’s license
