About the Role
The Internal Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve business objectives, while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve market share
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform pricing controls and discounts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including CRM system usage
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
- Minimum 12 (Matric) level education
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- Minimum 35 years experience in internal sales, sales administration, or customer service
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience essential
- Strong understanding of pricing controls, discounts, and sales processes
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organisational skills
