About the Role

The Internal Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve business objectives, while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve market share
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform pricing controls and discounts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including CRM system usage
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 (Matric) level education
  • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
  • Minimum 35 years experience in internal sales, sales administration, or customer service
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience essential
  • Strong understanding of pricing controls, discounts, and sales processes
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organisational skills
