Key Responsibilities: Plan, cost, and manage safari itineraries with precision and creativity Communicate effectively with agents, providing expert guidance and personalised service Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Manage booking processes, follow-up, and post-safari feedback Proactively identify upselling opportunities and contribute to team performance ?
