About the Role
Kethelo Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cabin Crew member to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our cabin crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers while ensuring their safety and comfort during flights. You will work varied hours on standby, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide information, guidance, and assistance for safety and comfort to passengers on board aircraft.
- Attend the brief and act on it.
- Conduct safety checks before the flight.
- Greet and meet passengers.
- Ensure the family’s Muslim halaal meals are available and the service offered is five-star.
- Prepare and serve drinks and meals to passengers.
- Liaise with in-house pilots on itineraries, planning menus, and purchasing groceries and other items.
- Ensure inventory items are in order (cutlery & crockery).
