Cape Town City Centre: Accounts Clerk/Restaurant Admin

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accounting , Finance , or Business Administration . 23 years experience in admin , accounts , or bookkeeping (hospitality or retail sector highly advantageous). Proficiency in Pastel , Xero , Sage , or QuickBooks . Strong Excel , financial reporting , reconciliation , and cash-up management skills. Knowledge of POS systems , VAT , and PAYE compliance will be an advantage. Excellent attention to detail , organisational skills, and time management. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records , process daily cash-ups , and perform reconciliations. Manage supplier invoices , petty cash, payment schedules, and creditor processing. Assist with payroll support , monthly management accounts, and financial reporting. Oversee general office administration , contract management, and compliance documentation.
