About the Role
First Fit Shopfitters, a fast-growing company offering shopfitting services and quality products, is seeking a competent Administrator to join our dynamic team in managing the Planning Department. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Updating and maintaining digital and physical filing systems, records, and databases.
- Documentation: Preparing reports, memos, invoices, and presentations.
- Planning adhoc duties
Requirements
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Excellent time-management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Qualifications
