Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a diverse team of back-office professionals, ensuring high levels of efficiency and accuracy in all operations. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the back office, including workflow management, process optimisation, and issue resolution. Process & Policy Development: Develop and implement standardised processes and policies that improve productivity, ensure compliance, and align with the company`s objectives. Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, providing training and career development opportunities for team members. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all back-office tasks are executed with precision and meet high standards of service. Reporting & Analytics: Monitor back-office performance through KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting key areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth cross-functional operations. Compliance: Ensure that all back-office functions adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Back Office Manager or similar leadership role within the BPO, FinTech, or financial services industry. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams. Excellent understanding of back-office processes, workflow optimisation, and operational efficiency. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions. Ability to develop and enforce policies, processes, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the FinTech or BPO sector.
