About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Parklands branch in Cape Town City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motor industry management and be able to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient service delivery to customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share
- Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, dealerships, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and control branch finances, including budgeting and forecasting
Requirements
- Matric Certificate (with maths literacy minimum)
- At least 8 – 10 years’ experience in a similar management role within the motor industry
- Additional related courses/qualifications are an advantage
