About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting business operations, driving performance, and growing into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support our CRM systems to keep sales operations running smoothly.
- Assist upper management with real-time agent performance tracking and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, dashboard updates, and tech support for team tools.
- Collaborate on special projects and help identify process improvements.
- Work closely with team leads and agents to drive performance and engagement.
Requirements
- CRM or financial systems experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong Excel skills – including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Matric required; studies in Business, IT, or Finance are a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
