We are looking for a sharp, composed, people-first Concierge with experience in accommodation security or hotel security to join a dynamic student accommodation team. This is not just a front desk role, its the heartbeat of the building, the first impression, and the steady presence tenants rely on daily.

What Youll Own

  • Welcome residents and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage tenant queries, requests, and concerns efficiently, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Assist with resident check-ins and check-outs, keeping the process smooth and seamless
  • Monitor access points and surveillance systems to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Work closely with your team to keep daily operations running like a well-oiled machine

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, or security hospitality-focused role (student accommodation exposure is a strong advantage)
  • Strong communication skills you know how to engage, de-escalate, and build trust quickly
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool
  • Comfortable working on systems and handling admin with accuracy
  • Flexible and reliable able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
