About the Role
The Facility Condition Assessment department is seeking an experienced leader to oversee site inspections, condition assessments, and technical evaluations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Facility Condition Assessment department
- Oversee site inspections, condition assessments, and technical evaluations
- Review and approve assessment reports and recommendations
- Manage project timelines, resources, and client deliverables
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal project teams
- Drive process improvements and departmental efficiency
- Mentor and manage technical staff within the department
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, or related field
- 5 years experience in facility assessments, construction, or infrastructure environments
- Previous management or team leadership experience
- Strong report writing and technical assessment skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systems
- Valid drivers license
