About the Role

The Facility Condition Assessment department is seeking an experienced leader to oversee site inspections, condition assessments, and technical evaluations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Facility Condition Assessment department
  • Oversee site inspections, condition assessments, and technical evaluations
  • Review and approve assessment reports and recommendations
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and client deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal project teams
  • Drive process improvements and departmental efficiency
  • Mentor and manage technical staff within the department

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, or related field
  • 5 years experience in facility assessments, construction, or infrastructure environments
  • Previous management or team leadership experience
  • Strong report writing and technical assessment skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systems
  • Valid drivers license
