Cape Town City Centre: FARM MANAGER / CONSULTANT

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Agricultural Diploma or degree Experience as dairy farmer Min. five years of experience as a fully responsible farm manager Leadership qualities Knowledge of the local food industry and/or export Technical knowledge of the required machinery Knowledge of the safeguarding of the farm infrastructure (roads, fences, safety) RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO Animal health and productivity, supervision of the production of the milk products, distribution and marketing of the products, setting up and guiding a team of farm workers, supervision of maintenance work of production and farm infrastructure.
