About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial and Insurance Business Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures. They must be able to handle an average of 40 Units per month and perform against targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Financial and Insurance Business to achieve targets and grow revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of success in Financial and Insurance Business management
- Ability to handle an average of 40 Units per month
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Matric Certificate (NQF 4) in Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits
- RE Accreditation
- NCA Accreditation
- CPD Hours up to date for all cycles
