About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial and Insurance Business Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures. They must be able to handle an average of 40 Units per month and perform against targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Financial and Insurance Business to achieve targets and grow revenue
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in Financial and Insurance Business management
  • Ability to handle an average of 40 Units per month
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Matric Certificate (NQF 4) in Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits
  • RE Accreditation
  • NCA Accreditation
  • CPD Hours up to date for all cycles
