About the Role
As a Finance & Accounting Manager at 2welv Management Consultancy and Training, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional financial clarity, control, and credibility across our organization. You will act as a trusted financial and advisory partner to the CEO, providing management reporting, investor preparation, and long-term financial structuring. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end accounting including bookkeeping, general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close
- Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain audit-ready financial records and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and service providers
- Produce monthly management reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, project profitability)
- Track budgets vs. actuals and proactively flag risks and variances
- Prepare clear, executive-level financial summaries and dashboards
- Prepare investor-ready financial packs including historicals, forecasts, and assumptions
- Assist with fundraising preparation, due diligence processes, and investor discussions
- Act as a financial sounding board to the CEO on growth, pricing, and structuring
Requirements
- Professional certification required (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent)
- 6–10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial management
- Experience with consultancies, professional services, or growth-stage firms preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and financial regulations
