Finance Manager Retail / Stock Environment Salary: R 780 000 – R 820 000 (Market related, Negotiable) Location: Western Cape, northern suburbs Required: BCom Degree & High-Volume, Multi-Store Operations Experience Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full finance function within a high‑volume operational environment Lead and manage finance teams across multiple store locations Ensure strong financial controls, stock management accuracy, and transactional integrity Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts Drive process improvements and support operational decision‑making Requirements: BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance Management experience within a retail or stock-focused environment Exposure to high‑transaction, multi-store operations Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills For more exciting Finance
