Apply today Supervise finance shared services activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury operations Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities and adherence to financial deadlines Maintain financial controls and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies Implement process improvements enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and company policies Work closely with procurement and project management teams to ensure smooth invoices approvals, vendor payments, and contract compliance Monitor key financial metrics and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Ensure workload distribution and backup planning to maintain business continuity Prepare and analyze financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and working capital reports for senior management Provide insights on financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decision-making. Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing relevant financial data Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

BCom in Finance, Accounting, or a related field CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualifications (preferred) Min of 5 years of experience in finance shared services, preferably in an EPCM or project-based environment Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Similar) and finance automation tools Experience with MS Office and MS Excel Experience with multi-currency transactions, tax regulations, and intercompany accounting Knowledge of engineering/ construction project accounting principles is an asset Proven leadership and team management experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Please note if you have not heard from us in 2 weeks from application, please consider yourself unsuccessful – please do continue to follow us online and apply for suitable roles.
