About the Role
We are seeking an IT Communication Expert to re-engineer our internal infrastructure, enabling a massive communication ecosystem to scale on demand while aggressively reducing slack, complexity, and operational costs. As a technical visionary, you will take end-to-end technical authority over Microsoft Teams, Exchange, SharePoint Online, and Active Directory, designing and owning their design and proactive enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Ownership: Take end-to-end technical authority over Microsoft Teams, Exchange, SharePoint Online, and Active Directory.
- Infrastructure Excellence: Implement best practices for security, monitoring, and lifecycle management to ensure a compliant, “always-on” environment.
- Senior Troubleshooting: Act as the final line of defense, providing expert-level root cause analysis for the most complex service and identity management hurdles.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to identify friction points and deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.
- Mentorship: Elevate the wider team by providing technical guidance to specialists and serving as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) on international projects.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 years of enterprise-level engineering and administration in global, high-availability environments.
- Project Leadership: Proven success leading technical implementation projects or large-scale system migrations across international borders.
- Toolbox: Mastery of the Microsoft 365 suite and Azure services.
- Language: Minimum English proficiency for seamless collaboration with global stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Messaging Administrator or Azure Administrator) are highly valued.
