Junior Quantity Surveyor Location: Lansdowne Job Type: Full-time Industry: Construction Reports To: Quantity Surveyor Job Overview We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with 24 years of experience, ideally from a construction background. The successful candidate will be responsible for measurement tasks, supporting cost estimation, and assisting with project documentation. Familiarity with CCS software is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Measure quantities from drawings and specifications Assist in preparing cost estimates and tender documentation Support the QS in project cost control and reporting Maintain accurate records of project data and measurements Requirements 14 years experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a construction environment Proficient in measurement techniques and quantity take-offs Experience with CCS software preferred Strong numerical and analytical skills Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Skills & Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of accuracy and professionalism Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
