Job Summary
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with valid crane operating certification Code 14 drivers license with PDP 5 years related experience and good communication skills in English (Afrikaans beneficial) Own transport (no public transport in area) and own operational cell phone Willing to work overtime when required Must be resident near the Durbanville area Clear criminal and accident record and contactable references The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Move material via crane and maintain visual contact with ground operators Adhere to safety regulations Inspect machines and equipment daily and perform routine maintenance procedures Daily crane reports for inspections and work performed Lifting and placing items in dedicated areas
