About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Professional Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Work on WinQS, DimX, and MS Office
Develop and manage budgets, cost plans, and contracts
Resolve disputes and manage risk associated with construction projects
Provide effective communication and people skills to clients, contractors, and team members

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 5 years experience working as a professional Quantity Surveyor
Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost planning, contract management, dispute resolution, and risk management

Qualifications

Formal education/certification in Quantity Surveying (if applicable)
