About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Professional Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting, cost planning, contract management, dispute resolution, and risk management, with excellent communication and people skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on WinQS, DimX, and MS Office
  • Manage budgets and cost plans
  • Oversee contract administration and management
  • Resolve disputes and manage risks
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 5 years experience working as a professional Quantity Surveyor
  • Experience with budgeting, cost planning, contract management, dispute resolution, and risk management
  • Reliable transport and valid driver’s license required
  • Excellent communication and people skills

Qualifications

  • Formal education in Quantity Surveying (Bachelor’s degree)
