Job Description: Lead renewable energy projects from design through implementation Establish and implement departmental workflows, budgets, and resource planning Develop and maintain SOPs and Quality Policies aligned to ISO 9001 standards Build and manage a multidisciplinary team (electrical engineers, permit coordinators, data engineers) Drive recruitment processes and team performance management Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards Skills & Experience: Proven experience in leading renewable energy or electrical engineering projects Strong budgeting, cost control, and resource planning capabilities Experience building and managing multidisciplinary engineering teams Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Minimum 8 years experience in electrical/renewable energy projects Strong leadership, operational, and stakeholder management skills Qualification: BEng or BSc in Electrical Engineering PR Eng registration (ECSA) Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered Contact MALIEKA DAWOOD on
