Job Summary
If you are a highly motivated and passionate individual with a proven track record in property sales on the Atlantic Seaboard or other high value areas, please get in touch. Property development developer operating in the Atlantic Seaboard and City Bowl, Cape Town seeks an experienced Property Sales Consultant.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, investors, and other stakeholders within the market. Conduct thorough market research and analysis on factors such as demand, pricing trends and buyer demographics. Utilize insights from the local market to determine pricing strategies, product positioning, and competitive advantages. Collaborate with the marketing team using customer-facing insights to streamline spend and targeting. Monitor and analyse sales data and metrics, identifying areas for improvement, optimizing processes, and maximizing conversion rates. Streamline CRM use to increase reporting accuracy. Collaborate closely with the project management team to align sales activities with project timelines, availability, pricing, and legal requirements. The requirements: Experience in property sales in high value areas (5 -10 years) OR experience in financial advice / investment sales Network of past buyers and prospects Track record of exceeding targets consistently In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and investment analysis Remuneration: A basic salary, phone allowance and medical aid contribution form part of the package. The balance of the package is made up of commission on sales which is paid out periodically throughout the year based on various conditions being met.
