About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead and manage multiple store locations within a designated region in Cape Town, overseeing operations and driving business growth for our expanding retail network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of multiple stores within the assigned region
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, identify issues, and provide guidance and support to Store Managers
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of store managers and staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities for store teams
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement
  • Drive sales growth and profitability within the region by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives
  • Analyze sales data, customer trends, and market conditions to adjust strategies and improve store performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each store, including sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Management of 6 branches
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Proven experience in managing multiple locations and leading a team to achieve sales and operational targets
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of retail sales strategies, inventory management, and customer service excellence

Salary & Benefits

  • R 15 000 basic
  • Incentive (depending on performance of the branches)
