About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanner to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a Paraplanner, you will play a critical role in supporting our Financial Planners in delivering exceptional client service. If you have excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete client onboarding process & FICA verification process
- Generate provider quotes & risk and/or investment proposals
- Prepare Sign-up documentation (internal documents, client advice records, provider paperwork)
- Implement transactions for new and existing clients by interacting with the Privat Wealth Manager and New Business Administrator and client
- Maintain Good Record Keeping
- Drafting and sending correspondence to client and external providers
- Generating servicing transactions for clients: Switches/Fund Selections Risk servicing Changes to debit orders Withdrawals
- Resolving adhoc client queries: Beneficiary amendments Static details changes
- Ensuring that client files and transactions are fully compliant
