About the Role
AccessAbility Talent Connect is actively building a pre-screened pipeline of experienced Level 2 IT Support Engineers for upcoming remote client deployments and support expansions. We are currently shortlisting technically strong professionals ready to handle escalations and complex support environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced remote IT support (RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
- Handle escalations from Level 1 technicians
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
- Manage user accounts, permissions & group policies
- Diagnose network issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Support printers, backups & endpoint security
- Maintain accurate ticket updates and SLA compliance
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ IT Support / Service Desk experience
- Strong troubleshooting across hardware & software
- Experience in business IT environments
- Ability to work independently in remote setups
- Excellent communication skills
