Resourcer Join a fast-paced Property Services recruitment team focused on speed, accuracy and reliable delivery. Remote/Hybrid, R21k – R28k About Our Client Our client is operating within the Property Services division and specialising in blue-collar recruitment across the property and maintenance sector. They work in a high-demand market where speed, accuracy and reliability are essential. The Role: Resourcer As a Resourcer within the Property Services team, you will identify, engage and qualify skilled trades operatives for temporary and permanent assignments. The role exists to ensure client requirements are filled quickly and to a high standard in a high-volume, fast-moving environment. You will work closely with consultants to maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensure compliance accuracy and support urgent live vacancies. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate experience in recruitment or a fast-paced customer-facing or sales environment Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals and social media Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews Verify right-to-work documentation and complete compliance checks Build and maintain an active candidate pool Manage availability, bookings and ongoing candidate communication Reactivate lapsed candidates and expand the network Support consultants with urgent live vacancies and ensure speed and quality of shortlists About You Experience in recruitment or a fast-paced customer-facing or sales background Strong organisational skills Confidence on the phone Ability to multitask under pressure Resilience and a proactive mindset Attention to detail, particularly regarding compliance Property recruitment experience preferred
