Cape Town City Centre: Senior Transfer Paralegal

Key Responsibilities: Managing residential and commercial transfer files from instruction to registration Drafting and preparing all transfer documentation and correspondence Liaising with clients, estate agents, banks, and the Deeds Office Ensuring compliance with FICA and conveyancing regulations Opening, maintaining, and closing files accurately Managing diaries, follow-ups, and critical deadlines Providing senior-level support to the conveyancing team Minimum Requirements: 5 years experience as a Transfer / Conveyancing Secretary Ability to independently manage 60 transfer files simultaneously Proficiency in GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc & E4 Matric required (legal qualification advantageous) Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
