About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in General Litigation, with a focus on debt collection, insurance, matrimonial, RAF, and mediation cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct litigation cases in various areas of law
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and agreements
- Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement litigation strategies
- Manage and maintain client relationships
Requirements
- Admitted Attorney (attorney’s bar membership)
- Proven experience in General Litigation
- Strong knowledge of debt collection, insurance, matrimonial, RAF, and mediation laws
Qualifications
- LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized institution
