The Senior Utilities Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate utility consumption tracking, billing validation, and cost recovery across the property portfolio. The role works closely with senior stakeholders and provides meaningful input into budgeting, forecasting, and strategic utility optimisation initiatives. Validate municipal and tenant invoices in line with approved billing methodologies and recovery ratios. Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track utility performance and identify anomalies. Support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing cost management for utilities across the portfolio. Collaborate with tenants, municipalities, service providers, and internal teams to resolve utility-related queries. Identify and implement process improvements, technology solutions, and energy efficiency initiatives. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Matric / Grade 12 BCom Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in utilities management within the energy services or property management sector Experience working in multi-tenanted property environments Exposure to portfolio-level utility reporting and stakeholder engagement For more exciting Finance vacancies, please visit:
