Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Create, schedule, and manage posts and updates on social media channels. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to align with current best practices and audience preferences. Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community. Communicate with clients and share content for approval Copywriting: Craft engaging, clear, and persuasive copy for social media posts. Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective content. Conduct research to understand industry trends and audience needs, ensuring content is relevant and impactful. Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for content and social media growth. Build out organic social media strategy and content calendar Qualifications: Proven experience in social media management and copywriting. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in social media analytics tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
