Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Employment Type: Permanent Location: Northern Suburbs, Cape Town Salary: Depending on experience We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and make an immediate impact. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-orientated, and experienced in managing large-scale hiring and delivering high-quality shortlisting. Key Responsibilities: Manage high volumes of CVs and applications efficiently Conduct thorough candidate screening and selection Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists aligned to role requirements Support bulk recruitment campaigns and large-scale hiring initiatives Maintain accurate recruitment records and administration Ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end recruitment process Build and maintain strong client relationships Conduct regular client visits to understand hiring needs and strengthen partnerships Maintain and grow candidate pipeline and client pipeline Requirements: Proven cross-sector recruitment experience Strong attention to detail and administrative capability Experience in large-scale hiring and high-quality shortlisting Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Valid drivers licence Skills & Attributes: Highly organised and process-driven Strong time management and prioritisation skills Self-driven with the ability to manage workload effectively Excellent communication and coordination abilities Proactive, results-orientated, and professional Collaborative and able to work effectively within a team If you meet the above requirements, live in Northern Suburbs, Cape Town and have the relevant experience, please apply by submitting your CV.
